OK I had a H20 or less a year ago and literally used until it wore out and even replaced it with the warranty. The second was conducted after the warranty .... I think I had replaced the filter or use distilled water, might not have done it. We had to wait a while to try to get another one. He went with another brand and was totally disgusted .... didn 't have money to spend on a Crummy MOP. After about six months, finally broke and decided to go with the H20Flo MOP. We have five children under 11 and one on the road. The dirt in our house are incredible. It is not a meal without a spill and did not have time to clean every day or at least every two days because it usually takes! We have a fairly large area of laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining room. It would take an hour or more to thoroughly dry and clean my kitchen floor not including all the bathrooms! I had to dry with an old towel just to avoid lightning and dry quickly so that children could walk back into the ground. How increasingly difficult with the new baby soon. I ordered the H20 last week and it showed up today! We quickly put together after dinner and had to prove. We bought some distilled water and used only with the mop ... in hopes that the replacement filter! Within 15 minutes or less of my kitchen and dining room floor was incredible. The blue scrub pad worked perfectly in the soil. For a fairly large area like ours, using two different pills ... They have very wet after a while, but Don 't mind stopping to change. It ran better than an old mop! Could support a second mopping just because my apartment was very dirty, but will do tomorrow. If this is going to sustain that will be totally worth every penny. I love how it is heated and the heat trapped in the earth only "dissolves " in your way! H20Flo Thanks for making a more affordable version of this! It may not be industrial-size, but for a family on a tight budget with lots of small, it seems to work great!

Ordered this steam mop on Monday and got it on Wednesday! It would not produce steam and was not getting hot so I called for assistance. Was told to soak the filter in water for 10 minutes then make sure the filter and tank are on tight. It worked great. I have never used a steam mop before and searched and read reviews and this Seemed to be a good one. Used it on my hardwood floors and tile floors it is much faster and easier than a regular mop. I opened the doors, ran the ceiling fans and the floors dried fairly quickly - about the same when I mop. Not too much water on the floors and if so I just dry it up with a towel. I did not find it hard to use it was not heavy. Floors look great. Fast and easy to use.

I purchased this item about six months ago. From the first time I used it I was very impressed with how easily it worked and what a terrific job it did on my floors. I have marble on most of the floors in my home and using the H20 flow is just too easy. Without having to use any chemical cleaners I get a beautiful job in very little time just using steam. My cleaning woman tried it one day and have been hooked ever since. She has recommended the unit to all of her customers and has also bought one for herself.

Just bought the steam mop H2OFLO, here's why I love the best of all other mops. Rit has a larger head so I can clean up more space, the blue pad Corral H20flo included was simply incredible, we loved the pad so we bought a few extra, but we have to SQF 1500 hardwood and we have dogs. We used chemicals before and after our dogs licking the floor with H20flo we believe that are pets are safe, this mop is a must for pet owners or anyone who has tile or hardwoods.

I ordered online this vapor MOP H2OFLO came to me with a water tank cracked. I called the number listed and they told me they would send another water tank. Was broken, then, happen again and I called Marco Polo direct hot line and told them what. They said they would send me another and call them when I get it. Rit never came, and now the line of Hot refuses my calls and messages. I would never buy from this Marco Polo direct again.

I had several of these before but mops H20flow is undoubtedly the best! It is very reliable and bang by far the best for your money. For all you "Clean Freaks " like me, is the only way to go.

I recently ordered the H2O mop the floor and absolutely love it. I used it the first time last night on my Pergo floor and they came out so clean without any streaks. I have two very small children and it really cleaned up their messes. It is so easy to use and got less time than my clean floor with a mop and bucket, not to mention not having to use any cleaners with harsh chemicals. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves to have clean floors without hard work.

I have 3 large dogs and a lot of land subject to the house. I love my new steam MOP, as it has reduced my cleaning and cleaning time by 60-75%! It 's so easy. Just put water in the container, plug it in, expect less than 1 minute for the green light to come in and steam away. It fuses the old stuck in the dirt without having to use any elbow grease. It 's lightweight. I have some extra washers with him and call customer service about what they were and why there was more left over from when I put together (the assembly was very easy too). I left a message on your answering machine and I kept calling back until she spoke in person. His follow up was incredible! Very good customer service. The cable ISN 't enough time to use an extension cord with it so I can only go forward without having to disconnect and connect back to I'm telling everyone I know about this great mop! The 3 comes off the ball enough. I just put in a washpan with bleach and laundry soap and let them soak a while (we have red dirt in Maui) and then throw in a regular washing and leaving large.

The first H2OFlo Steam Mop I received from Amazon was apparently used from washable fabrics were dirty and snail wouldn 't screw across the ice. In the beginning when the previous owner had stripped the threads in the set of the handle, so he returned for an exchange. R RWE received an unopened H2OFlo MOP and has the same problem with the whole handle. Subsequent investigations revealed that the section was not the 't even screw so I could not ' t permanently attach the lever to the mast. Ignoring this problem for a moment, we fill the container with water and mop logged in. Half an hour later, was still not Mop 't make any steam. R RMOR confusing product description claims H2OFlo the MOP can be used on laminate floors, but the instructions do not say explicitly use the mop on the floor rolling. Whatever. R RWE 're back this failure a disaster for a refund.

I bought it for a X-mas gift and it was a disaster. When it comes we pluged it and it takes forever to warm start to clean the floor and steam pop came flying out and water everywhere. We took this view and notice the plastic tube will come off. We reconnected and re put water in it and three seconds of steam and pop again. This is the most disapointing thing I can ever remember buying. I don 't see any numbers or addresses to contact anyone for replacement or repair, so I tend to discard and buy something from another person in a more repitable company.

I wipe my steam very quickly after I ordered it to be. I could 't wait to use it. The mop did exactly what the directions said, he would do. It went together quickly. It worked well on the wooden floor and kitchen. I had a problem with the water tank and needed another. The dealer I ordered it from told me she 'd send me a free water tank and an extra mop pads. I LOVE floors clean. That's my biggest pet peeve having dirty floors because we Don 't wear shoes in the house. When the floor is dirty or sticky you can feel it on your bare feet! With two small children, even without shoes, my floors get plenty dirty! The H20 MOP is amazing! I like it HOT warms me feel like he is really disinfection. The water tank is large and n 't need to be recharged very often. The triangle-shaped brush that is found in corners wonderful! I love that you don 't have to pump function, and the steam is continuous. R ri 've had 3 steam brushes. The first was the original Thane H20 MOP, but after 2 years and 2 houses and many many uses, it finally died on me. So I went to Costco and Steam Mop was there with an instant discount of $ 10. I ended up having because it had decent reviews and I needed something immediately. I was so disappointed by the shark! I had to go on my word SEVERAL twice with 2 pads and refills water for cleaning. The Ultra has the same features as the original H20 MOP PLUS it detaches and acts as a household steam cleaner for grout, sinks, toilets, etc. Although it is twice the price as the original, it is absolutely worth money if you can afford, and you also want a steam engine to not only clean the floor, but the whole house! I ended up buying the extended warranty 3 years for an additional 20 A major improvement to the original, the Ultra has a longer cable and even a reservoir for water. I knew I couldn 't be disappointed by it ' s capacity to clean the floor since I 've owned by the original.Even if I had steam cleaned the floor there are only 3 days with the sharks below the H20 MOP left picked up a lot of dirt that the shark! After cleaning the floor, I was eager to detach the mop head and test the steamboat grout on my bathroom! The house we live now is an old house, built in the 50 's. The bathrooms are tiled with grout lines wide at the wells. I put the steamer to work on our bathroom the most used (the bathroom the children like the bathroom in the house) and I'm very surprised. The grout in the bathroom Kids (sink) was almost dark years of use, and now it is white again. I would have taken before and after pictures because I 'm so amazed! If surprised. I've been wanting to get a steam mop for a while and after reading several reviews on the more expensive mop (the Shark, bissel, etc.), I decided to go with this one. Not only more affordable price, but very good reviews. I accept the mop and immediately rushed to put together. I have a problem with putting it together. It turned out that one of the screw is too short. I phoned customer service and they immediately set out to send me new screws for the next day. In the mean time, I found another screw in my husband 's tool box and fixed the problem. I do have a problem with the light sensor. This should turn green when it's ready, but it wasn 't change color even if the mop works fine. I phoned customer service again and they said during the mop to work and produce steam that must be fine. The same representatives even called me the next day to make sure the mop is still working properly. I find that very impressive for customer service. R Ras to use the pill, I felt a super-easy. I have a wooden floor throughout my house and it works great. It's time to clean my wounds by more than half and leaves my floors clean and streak free. I also use it on a vinyl floor in the bathroom and great work. Wake up all the dirt tends to accumulate. It is great for mopping the normal way and I said, my time cleaning the wound more than half.

My checkerboard vinyl flooring is such a pain to keep clean so I borrowed my parents 'H2O STEAM MOP as a test drive. If it worked as claimed, I was going to buy one for myself. While it was easier than the mop and bucket method, it did not clean as well as I expected. Since it does not stand upright on its own, And Proper it against the counter while it was heating up. It fell over, and the ball joint connector holding the head to the handle broke. So now it is useless. The connector should be made of sturdier plastic or even metal. I have a H20Flo Steam Cleaner MOP in January. The rope was so short, I always had the plug from an electrical outlet to another to wipe the entire area. I was disappointed that it was hard to push and pull across the floor. That bothered my back.But it has steam and clean, at least for a while on a bare floor. Forget trying to clean the carpet. One day just stopped the production of steam, even if a lot of water in the tank. Then, when I as a customer service number is not a working number. The warranty on the mop is for 1 year, but what can I do now? I have a very expensive non-working (MOP). I used to spend another $ 79 again for a product with the use of this short life. This product is distributed through Luxentia of San Diego and was (of course) in China.

This steam mop is GREAT! Easy to use, easy to assemble, easy to move, easy to clean. Gets the job done and turns in order to reach these hard to reach ... along the cable, a 30-minute steam ... EXCELLENT! LOVE this product!

This mop certainly does not live to the hype. The pad gets really wet and therefore requires constant adjustment. Has done absolutely nothing for my carpet is .... was sent the same day!

I just got this h2o and not only does not work, it is dirty-box is ok but the product is dirty with pop all over it.It only has little puffs of steam that comes out. It is difficult to find a place Amazon maro polo sent to filled, waiting to hear from Amazon for them. (Still waiting at Michigan)

Cleans very well, but leaves a lot of standing water on the ground. Having used on linoleum floors. Not recommended for hardwood. The MOP is heavy enough to move back and forth.
