I ordered the new white version of the pad, but I got an older version, the Greens were not good. Obviously, they were both under the same #. When I wrote and asked for the right they told me they were no longer available. Why do they still show them on the website is a mystery!

I tried to rearrange the original plates for this steam MOP - the ones they show on the photo. Instead I got these shoes have spare green ridges and drag them into the ground. Of course, their removal would cost more in shipping than it 's worth I ' m stuck with false advertising. If anyone knows where I can find true "original " white replacements, please let me know!

While I'm happy with the product itself, I feel it was poorly advertised. MOST Replacement mop pads are packaged in a 2-pack, and that's what I thought I was purchasing / receiving, for that is, showing what the picutre. However, when I received my order, it contained only ONE Replacement mop pad. I thought that was easily deceived. I wrote a review and Go Vacuum has asked me to be removed immediately because they would like them to solve the problem with me and make things better by giving me a credit to my credit card and send me more AND Ersatzwischmop Pads . I did not ask for this thought, it would be very nice of them, so I removed what I wrote. More than 2 months have passed and I have no word from them, do not receive a credit on my credit card or receive additional mop pads. The fact that GO Vacuum I agreed that the product description may be misleading, asked me to remove a negative feedback in exchanges in order to resolve the problem and then never by their end is not acceptable to follow. I will not buy from them again!

These pads have worked well for the removal of dirt, but has holes rather quickly.

I found this product ingredients are not the same as the original that came with the green bissel steam mop. They do not like the soft and more difficult to use on the tile floor. Good for use as a backup.

I had my steamer for 1 year and use it every week. I need replacement pads because of the use and wash. These replacements were exactly what came to steam and I'll use them soon after the originals were used for a little more.

The product works well. Easily removed in the laundry. I've always liked solving steam. Much to my regret, he opened the bag and one package was tampered with and one of the pads replacements had been lost. R rNote much to do about it ... I know it will very probably looking for a different supplier.

Should have known it. Other Bissell Replacement mop are 2 for $ 19.99. This was 2 for $ 9.99 so I thought I had stumbled into a good business. He did ship immediately. The Bissell steam mop did a great job. The hot steam removes tough stains on the floors. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this product along with the Bissell - a recommendation. I did and I am very pleased ... I have wood floors and clean them great. Cushions Only one thing is very dirty, but I wash and reuse them ... Steam Cleaner comes with two - I bought more. Recommend.

Only back up solution available for steam mop. Original pads are lost and the work of any size steam mop not a perfect fit, but easy to clean and worked 90% of the time.

The original green MOP bearings are available with the model number 3255 and are microfiber. These are cheaper, but not the same as the original.

Love has many extra mop pads. That way I can keep cleaning and know my floors get as clean as I can get it! You can never have too many ... I also tried to wash them separately so that they remain free of residual chemicals in the house fabric.

These are certainly a good quality of scanning pads. Definitely will order more when I need more.

We purchased this steam mop and also bought a shark steam mop for a gift. Unfortunately, we had the Bissell. The Bissell leaves a lot of water on the floor and must be cleaned after use. On the other hand, the shark leaves the soil almost dry and not have to be cleaned to remove excess water. We are not happy with the Bissell.

These replacement pads were paired with the Bissell 1867-7 Steam Mop as a 'better together ' deal. These covers are not the same as the ones that came with the mop. The ones that came with the mop have elastic around them, plus the draw string, Which makes them easier to work with. The replacement covers seem smaller and do not have elastic so they are awkward to work with. Once you get them on, they work great but I 'd be happier if the replacement covers would have been the same as the ones that came with the mop.

The pads and filters to do the job much easier and cleaner. They 're easy to clean and reuse again.

Product was shipped within a few days and was the same as the original. Very satisfied with purchase.
